Commercial Territory Manager (South East)

Commercial Territory Manager (South East)- Candidate must be located in one of the following cities: Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, or Charlotte. No relocation assistance is available.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Territory Manager to help educate, motivate, and advise our Commercial Distributors to enable their successful growth and increased revenue.

 

 

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Have the experience to develop and drive specification sales and specification grade products
  • Have the experience developing and conducting architectural presentations
  • Have in depth experience building relationships and interacting with Architects, building departments, government agencies and project managers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and influence business development through a distributor base
  • Proven track record to spot and leverage emerging trends in key markets
  • Ability to build rapport, educate and motivate

Requirements

  • BA/BS Architecture or Business or Marketing and a strong passion for architectural design. (MBA a Plus)  

  • Established credentials (I.e. LEED AP)
  • Ability to travel overnight, weekly or 75% of the time within the territory (FL, AL, MS, GA, SC, NC, TN)
  • Experience selling commercial lighting products, building materials or windows
  • Experience selling intangible products, ideas and concepts that are new to retailers, builders and architects
  • 5-10 years of working experience in Lighting or Daylighting or a similar role

    TRAVEL is REQUIRED (65-75%)

Director of Retail Sales and Marketing    Vista CA 92081
Director of Retail Sales and Marketing

We are currently seeking to hire a Director of Retail Sales and Marketing. The Director will implement strategies and actives for enhancing sales growth and profitability within the retail and Premier Dealer Channel. S/he will also direct the development of marketing strategies and implementation of tactical plans within the channels. This is a hands-on, sales and marketing position. Candidates that will be considered must have experience directing and managing sales and marketing strategies and implementing them into multiple retail channels.

 

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:
 

• Have developed and implemented retail sales and channel marketing strategies.
• Have a proven track record driving sales production and revenue of retail stores
• Be able to standardize operating procedures and replicate success within retail locations
• Have create infrastructure and process to drive performance
• Have direct sales training experience, sales methodology and strategic direction
• Provide continued leadership and coach Sales Managers and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• MBA Preferred
• 5+ years experience managing multiple retail stores and channels
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, for long periods of time
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SalesForce.com
